He cited the example of his father, who has been working in the same organisation for the past 36 years, in sharp contrast to today’s workforce, which changes jobs frequently. Nick stressed upon the fact that this happens because either the current organisation is not providing them with the desired growth path, or the monetary compensation. Mr Sudhir Rao took over from Nick and enlightened the audience about his point of view regarding analytics and disruptive technologies in HR and provided a demo of Kenexa Talent Insights.
