Sanje Tom grew up in the beautiful city of Kochi, India. From a young age, he was encouraged to ask questions and explore new ideas. This nurturing environment sparked his curiosity and ambition, shaping him into the leader he is today.
Sanjoe’s educational journey took him to IIT Bombay, one of India’s top schools. Here, he not only developed his technical skills but also discovered his passion for entrepreneurship.

Sanjoe's entrepreneurial spirit blossomed early on. His first foray was in the pre-owned automobile marketplace, an experience that provided valuable insights into the world of business.
This entrepreneurial fire never subsided, leading him to co-found Interview Master in 2012. Recognizing the need for a more comprehensive solution, Interview Master later evolved into Talview, a powerful platform catering to all aspects of talent measurement.

Talview was an early adopter of AI and had adopted generative AI long before ChatGPT became popular. Sanjoe’s vision powered Talview Interview Insights, which won multiple best HR product awards, including the IBM Beacon Award for Outstanding Talent Management Solution and the Partner Category Award at Microsoft’s AI Awards 2.0. Talview’s latest offering also won the prestigious Top HR Product of the Year, Talent Acquisition, at HR Tech Vegas.
In 2024, Talview launched Alvy, the world’s first AI Proctoring Agent, which is revolutionising the way online exams and interviews are proctored today. Alvy has proven to be more accurate and consistent than human proctors, and again, Sanjoe was the brainchild behind it.
