On 14th Match, 2017, Microsoft released a security bulletin titled Microsoft Security Bulletin MS17-010 - Critical also known as MS17-010.
The advisory details vulnerabilities in the Microsoft Server Message Block 1.0 (SMBv1) server, also known as ETERNALBLUE and has been the vector for exploiting the ransomware cyber attack named WannaCry or Wanna Decryptor

Talview Infosec team has investigated the impact of this vulnerability and determined that there is no impact to integrating systems, partners and clients due to this ransomeware threat as the affected Windows based SMB services is not used in either Talview internal network services or client facing services. Additionally Talview's antivirus scanners and Intrusion Prevention System (IPS) rules detect this type of vectors and prevent them for using talview networks as attack vector.
Talview will continue to monitor the situation closely, this response will be updated with any changes.
