Pre-assessment & Pre-interview Forms
Candidates can now fill out pre-assessment or pre-interview forms to submit additional details before their assessments or interviews.
Recruiters and evaluators can view submitted forms directly in the Workflow Tools platform, ensuring they’re better prepared for interactions. This leads to more informed evaluations.
Post-interview Notifications
Automated notifications are now sent to both candidates and interviewers once an interview concludes. These can include thank-you messages, attendance status, and help maintain engagement post-interview.
"Running Late" Status Option
Candidates and interviewers now have the option to indicate if they are "Running Late" directly from the interview join reminder.
SMS Notifications to Candidates and Interviewers
SMS notifications can now be automatically triggered to both candidates and interviewers for critical scheduling actions through the Intelligent Scheduler, including:
- Scheduling online or in-person interviews
- Rescheduling online or in-person interviews
- Informing a participant when the other has joined
Notification Inbox Enhancements
Users can now view the delivery and interaction status of all notifications (Email, SMS) sent through the platform, such as: Delivered, Read, Unsubscribed, Failed etc.
All SMS messages sent to candidates or interviewers are now logged in the Notification Inbox. Users can see full message content, timestamps, and recipient details.
Refund Invoice
Users who receive a refund now obtain an automatically generated invoice detailing the entire transaction, including the refund amount, transaction ID, and timestamp.
Set Cut-off Time for Slot Reschedule & Cancellation
Administrators now have the ability to set time limits (in hours) prior to a scheduled slot, beyond which candidates will be unable to reschedule or cancel.
Alvy Autopilot
Alvy is now capable of functioning entirely autonomously during live proctored sessions. It independently manages all essential tasks, including engaging with candidates, approving or rejecting photo ID and environment checks, monitoring conduct, issuing alerts, and compiling the session summary, all without the need for proctor intervention.
