Lesser clicks make everything easier. With the new update, navigation in the Candidate profile view is easier than ever!
No more going back and forth to switch sections to evaluate candidates. Now navigate to different sections with just a single click.
Also, with the ‘Assigned to you’ tag with each section, no more confusion of which sections are assigned to you for evaluation. Just have a glance, and you are sorted!
Get candidate recommendation or just view TBI report, it’s your choice!
Talview Behavioral Index and recommendation helps you make decisions faster. But, your workflow may not require BFI (Behavioral Fitment Index) and BPM (Behavioral Profile Match) and just need the TBI report. Worry not! We’re aligning to your workflow. If you decide Behavioral Index and Recommendation to be not shown to the panel, admin can now turn off the BFI and BPM features and just show the TBI report.

Our new integration will let you view your HackerEarth assessments on Talview Recruit Platform and invite candidates directly to HackerEarth assessments. Add HackerEarth assessments as a section to your workflow, invite candidates and evaluate them, all from within the Talview platform.
Not just that, even your candidates will be able to take HackerEarth assessments from within the Talview Candidate platform. Simple integrations for greater solutions!
View proctor ratings even on the mobile app
With the new update on the Recruit app, you can now view candidate proctor rating for each section as well as for overall assessment.
This will help you compare candidate activities in each section and determine the candidate’s authenticity easily even through your mobile phone!
