Candidates can now book multiple slots for the same certification or SKU without waiting for the previous slot to pass or be cancelled. This enhances scheduling flexibility and reduces last-minute reschedule requests.
Pause and Resume Proctored Session
Proctors can now pause an ongoing live proctoring session. The student won’t be able to access the exam window while their session is paused. Along with the screen, an automatic message is also sent to the attendee in their chat.
Saving the Candidate Timezone Against the Slots
The platform now automatically detects and stores candidates' time zones, ensuring interview schedules, assessments, and notifications are displayed in local time. This reduces scheduling errors, minimizes confusion, and decreases support requests related to timezone mismatches.
Duplicate Sections and Forms
A new dynamic sections feature allows respondents to dynamically duplicate specific sections within a form, such as work experience or education details.
Forms in the form library can also be duplicated with a single action, allowing for faster redundant form creation while maintaining existing configurations.
